1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (United States)
We offer tiered Economy shipping based on your order value and package weight:
  • Orders $50.00 and up: Free Shipping (5–8 business days)
  • Orders weighing 0–5 lbs: $4.90 (5–8 business days)
  • Orders weighing 5–70 lbs: $19.90 (5–8 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout based on your cart weight or total price.

3. International Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship internationally to the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and 24 other countries worldwide.
International shipping costs and transit times are calculated automatically at checkout using live, discounted Shopify rates from our preferred carriers:
  • DHL Express: Fast, reliable delivery with calculated transit times. This service supports prepaid dutiesto prevent unexpected fees upon delivery.
  • USPS: Economy and standard worldwide options with calculated transit times.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
  • Prepaid Duties (DHL Express): If you select DHL Express at checkout, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront, meaning no hidden fees at delivery.
  • Standard International (USPS): For standard international shipments where duties are not prepaid, Satisfaction Station Online Shopping is not responsible for customs fees. Any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Missing Packages
  • Satisfaction Station Online Shopping is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
  • If your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please email our support team within 7 days so we can assist you.
